We do not collect payment information. We do not collect your precise location.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Qasid service.
• Personalise your listening experience (e.g. remembering your playlists).
• Diagnose technical issues and monitor app performance.
• Respond to your support enquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Audio Streaming

All audio content (Quran recitations and Nasheeds) is streamed directly from our servers. No audio files are stored permanently on your device. Streaming activity (e.g. which tracks were played) may be logged for service improvement purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Qasid uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
