Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Qasid mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qasid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

Qasid is an Islamic audio streaming application providing access to Quran recitations and Nasheeds. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Account

To access certain features you must create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to register. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any audio content available through Qasid.
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or systematically access content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent the source or nature of content obtained through the app.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All audio content streamed via Qasid remains the property of the respective rights holders. The Qasid name, logo, and app design are the intellectual property of Qasid and may not be reproduced without written permission.

User-generated content (e.g. playlist names) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service.

6. Audio Content & Copyright

All audio content available through Qasid — including Quran recitations and Nasheeds — is either in the public domain or has been made available with the explicit permission of the respective rights holders.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on Qasid infringes your copyright or the copyright of a third party, please contact us immediately at qasidsupport@gmail.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The specific content within Qasid that you believe infringes your rights.
• Your contact details so we can respond to your claim.

We take all copyright claims seriously and will investigate promptly. Content found to be in violation will be removed.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that audio content will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qasid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
